Precision gives shape to the idea, memory gives it a soul
Memory is my first ingredient. I carry with me the aromas, flavours and textures of my roots, which continue to evolve into new inspirations. At Monsieur Dior, I take this exploration further: ingredients of the highest quality, chosen for the textures they can express, are brought to their purest form.
With Enrico Bartolini, our approach is to remove the superfluous, reach the heart of each ingredient and give it elegance without taking away its truth. This is where our fine dining truly enters the world of Dior: shapes, volumes and textures evoke the precision of a sartorial gesture, while surprising flavours emerge naturally.

Inspired by Christian Dior’s creative vision, the cuisine explores the concept of layering in particular: flavours, colours and textures come together in harmony, like the elements of an haute couture dress.

Memory preserves flavours, aromas and textures.
Curiosity takes them a little further each time.
The concept of Monsieur Dior restaurant draws from the timeless elegance and innovative spirit of Christian Dior. Through this collaboration, Chef Enrico Bartolini brings his unique Italian perspective and roots to the Dior DNA, translating the House’s distinctive codes into a culinary language of luxury, refinement and emotion.
Designed by Peter Marino, Monsieur Dior by Enrico Bartolini opens onto the outdoors in an ode to nature and the art de vivre. Soft hues and Versailles parquet create a delicate atmosphere, enhanced by Francesco Clemente’s floral painting. Along the arches, more secluded tables overlook an inner courtyard with graphic flooring. At its centre, surrounded by boxwood, a glass canopy floods the space with light, inviting guests to enjoy a suspended moment in time.
Monsieur Dior changes rhythm throughout the day. From freshly baked pastries at breakfast to contemporary Italian cuisine in the evening, the experience unfolds through a lunch shaped by seasonality and reinterpreted classics, afternoon tea combining haute pâtisserie with Italian savoir-faire, and an aperitivo that brings the Milanese ritual into the Parisian soul of the Maison.
Enrico Bartolini takes Monsieur Dior’s creative intuition into the realm of haute cuisine, preserving the enchantment of that subtle thread of poetry, mystery and meaning.
