Passion, love and perseverance: a gastronomic message that touches the heart
The love for the earth and its genuine fruits has always accompanied me, influencing every choice in the kitchen. Growing up among olive groves and vegetable gardens in the Foggia countryside, I developed a deep sensitivity to raw materials, learning to recognize their authentic value.
For me, every ingredient is unique and must be treated with respect and dedication. It is through this care that a dish is able to communicate a sincere message, reaching the customer's heart.

The versatility of the raw material is at the center of everything, in constant dialogue with seasonality, an inexhaustible source of inspiration.

I bring Milanese and Foggia traditions to my plate: sometimes tradition is considered a limit, but in fact it all starts from there, they are our roots.
The architecture of the building develops vertically in line with spaces, materials and finishes where the attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings wink at contemporaneity and eclecticism.
The Milan Vertical Garden is in fact a private context of absolute value, an oasis of 1,000 square meters, a few steps from Corso Como and the financial district, where you can enjoy every moment of the day and which is suitable for a wide range of occasions and events, from formal to more intimate and personal.
Located between Via De Cristoforis and Via Rosales, the structure best summarizes the multifaceted nature of the surrounding area, one of the most innovative in the city, and the architectural and economic impetus of Milan. A mixture of excellence brought to the maximum expression also by the gourmet proposal and which is divided into three different solutions designed by Enrico Bartolini, and entrusted to chef Michele Cobuzzi: the Garden Bar, the Contemporary Osteria and the Fine Dining Restaurant. Three interpretations designed to express with contemporary taste the rich heritage of Italian tradition.
