Catering to 110 guests across a main dining room and spacious alfresco seating area, FIAMMA, takes its name from the Italian word for 'flame'. It's inspired by the traditional Italian family kitchen, where the stove is never cold, and the air is always filled with the delectable aromas of home-cooked meals.

The new restaurant offers diners of all persuasions and appetites an enticing menu defined by Mediterranean seasonality that promises family-style Italian cuisine laced with timeless tradition and offers great value for money.

The Peak is one of Asia's most iconic locales; towering over Hong Kong Island, the destination tops the must-visit lists for any visitor to the city. Opened in October 2020 at Peak Galleria, FIAMMA, will showcase the culinary musings of Chef Enrico Bartolini as his second restaurant in Hong Kong.
