Born in 1979 and originally from Castelmartini in Tuscany, Enrico Bartolini is the only chef in the history of the Michelin Guide to have been awarded four stars at the same time, including two for his eponymous restaurant at the MUDEC Museum of Cultures in Milan. Thanks to a highly individual and entrepreneurial approach, he is forging an ever greater reputation in the world of fine dining.
Intuition, creativity, professionalism, ambition and above all passion and love for his work helped Enrico make his mark, abroad at first – in the kitchens of Paolo Petrini in Paris and Mark Page in London – then in Italy, under the guidance of Massimiliano Alajmo and in the management of the Le Robinie restaurant in Oltrepò Pavese, where he was awarded his first Michelin star aged just 29.
